Human Temperament, Personality and education

Description

My research paper is an in-depth analysis of temperament and personality testing as well as its relationship with the field of education. It questions how an individual’s personality will affect their performance in different kinds of learning environments, what are the advantages and disadvantages of personality testing, and what are some of the ways in which personality testing can be used to shape better learning environments for students. Moreover, my analysis contains factors through which an individual’s temperament can be determined with respective case studies supporting these claims. I also talk about different types of personality theories and ways to assess an individual’s personality, a brief overview on the different kind of learning style theories, and the appropriate instruments used to assess the effectiveness of the proposed learning styles.
